I asssumed that the job would be done to the standard required because of the price of the quote, and the time that Joe said it would take to do properly (4 days) - whereas in reality he was going to spend less than half the required time by cutting corners. I ended up doing the work myself as Joe didn\'t come after 1/2 a day\'s work when he said he would and never called me to advise. I have had to redo some of his work as well. Update - after a few months the cracks are back..... very bad work
