It leans in places with a discernible wobble, so will need repair/rebuild in these sections, and has many cracks. The corner has been pushed out too, though there is no wobble. Hopefully the existing bricks can be cleaned up and reused to maintain the colour match.

The verandah concrete floor has subsided and may not be able to support new brick piers. So the floor may need to be cut for new footings to support the piers.
