Install construction joint
A construction joint is required on the right hand side of the house (when facing the house at the front). The bricks are cracked where the addition (on concrete slab) meets the original house.
Repair retaining wall
Approx 1m section of grey brick retaining wall at rear of carport and up the side steps requires repair. One section has brick rows missing, one section has bricks leaning outwards towards the path.
Repair window sill tiles
A number of windows on the property have sill tiles that are lifting and require recementing back into place. It is important to note that the front windows of the house are approx 5 m off the ground.
