We have a single storey terrace in newtown, sydney. we have recently sought and gained approval for off-street parking in the rear small courtyard. the back fence area will now be replaced with a roller door.
the two side fences (one wood panels) and one an old bathroom (to be demolished) are to be replaced with double brick rendered walls, inclduing a couple of lights - estimated height about 1.8metres. length of both walls is 6.3metres. width (for rollerdoor) is 5.32m.
ideally job would be finished within the next 4 weeks, depending on supply of rollerdoor.
quote must be itemised and include cost per 6.3metre fence so that we can show each of our neighbours so that we can agree with each, the % of the total cost each will pay.
