Existing concrete block retaining wall is badly deteriorated. Demolition of remainder of existing wall is required along with construction of new wall. Approx 10m long x 1m high. Narrow inner city lot with minimal side access to work site (around 1m wide). Existing retaining wall has steps in the middle, these are not damaged. New wall does not have to be concrete, open to suggestions for alternate materials.
