Construct 12 m of 1500 mm high rendered masonry front fence, with metal slat infill panel. The panel should be no greater than 900 mm high. The render should be Dulux Pale Earth P13 B3, while the infill panels should be Colorbond Woodland Grey or close equivalent. The piers should be reinforced and should have a plain pier cap. A letter box should be integrated into one of the piers. The fence should have 2 swing metal slat gates, of 1.5 m width and 1500 mm each.
Additionally we require two 1.5 m wide 1500 mm swing metal slat gates as a screen internally.
Finally we require two 1.8 m 1500 mm swing pedestrian gates internally
