Cheap Brick Fence/Wall Required - Footing And Pillars

1.8m high x approx 25m long brick fence for secondary frontage (in 2 parts - broken by driveway).
Provide brick footings and pillars (between 2.5m - 3.5m apart) ready for later installation of timber/pine slats or posts.
Using Boral Horizon Naturals in Graphite (or as similar as possible) to match existing bricks. Intention to leave bricks exposed, not rendered or painted etc.
There is slight slope on the lot.
Looking for chepest available option that meets the requirements.
Residence nearing end of construction so job not required to commence for about 6 weeks, with completion ideally required within 6 weeks following that.
