I have an existing 14 m brick wall at the front of my property. i would like to have an additional brick wall of approx 30m constructed that looks like the existing wall on the front corner and side of the property. note corner block so wall is on street sides. height approx 1.8 - 2.8m (gentle slope on one side of block). will need existing low brick fence approx 16 m x 1 m removed and existing wooden fence 14 m x 2.4 m removed. foundations to be dug and poured along with temporary fencing.
also need an approx 6 x 2.8 m plain red brick double brick wall to replace existing wooden fence on neigbouring fence line (including foundations to be dug and temp fencing).
no budget specified as this is the planning and budgeting request.
need for any permits to be advised by brick layer.
