-brick up with common extruded bricks rhs wall of garage, approx 5.2m l x 2.2m h (pillar to pillar).
-brickwork to be single skin (110mm thick) & layed flush & inline to outside pillars (boundary line).
-brickwork to be tied into existing pillars with galvanised fixings every 4 courses.
-on completion render to a smooth finish to match existing. no painting works included.
-all rubbish removed, site left clean & tidy.
