2. All work to conform to relevant Australian Standards, especially AS 3700 and AS 4455.
a. Internal single brick walls to support new timber floor.
b. External brick veneer walls.
c. All walls to have flashing and damp-proof courses.
Owner to supply bricks, contractor to supply the remainder of materials required.
