5m x 2.4m boundary, double skin, 2x piers fence and retaining wall. This is already engineered and permits are started with building surveyor. Requires some concrete and brick cutting for existing fence.
Need registered builder (limited) in bricklaying, footings and conceeting.Home builder if under 12k or you will need to be builder with appropriate insurance if over that figure.
This needs to start work in the next couple of weeks and I need a quote. I have plans that can be provided when you attend site for a quote.
