Following a pest inpection, we identified old timber under the house, under a new deck area. The only way into this area is via a brick wall under the house. The brick wall needs to be opened, and a steel frame put in for support. Once brick wall opened up (large enough for somone to climb thru), the timber needs to be pulled out to ensure future protection from pests.
