We have a Rental property at Everton Park. It has a timber lintel above each garage which needs to be replaced with proper lintels as the timber ones are not done correctly. We were told by a builder what to do to slow down or fix the problem but this has actually made it worse and the bricks are starting to drop and crack more (this is because the original timber lintels aren't really supported) .
We are wanting to have it repaired as soon as possible. We are pretty much available for quotes any day.
