Californian bungalow home has an original brick front fence with brick piers around verandah deck. the brick piers support columns that support the verandah beams. one pier is falling away from the house and the columns are no longer supporting the beam. ideally we require new footings and the brick pier and fence rebuilt. the round concrete columns may need to be replaced aswell as they have deteriorated over time. we require a tradesperson that can rebuild/repair the brickwork and column but also maintain the look of the period of the house.
