* Garage = Front wall 6m long with 4.8m opening & a Side wall 5.0m long - a steel 'T' lintel for the garage opening will be provided by owner but needs to installed by the bricklayer
* House Pier = 470 wide x 1200 deep x 3.6m high brick nib wall tied back into existing house brickwork
* House = brick up 2No. 2.1m high x 0.7m wide window openings
Note: Bricks are concrete bricks (76mm high bricks) and are to have a bagged finish (excluding house 3.6m high nib due to tile finish) to match existing finish on house
