Front brick fence and footpaths at 33A Canterbury Rd, Camberwell (Rubens Grove side) have been damaged by tree roots. The job includes repair and new construction:
1. Repair/rebuild a low front brick fence (height approx. 0.6m x length approx. 14m) including demolition, fixing footings, cleaning the bricks, rebuilding the fence and piers using the original bricks; some supplementary bricks maybe required
2. Repair/replace part of damaged concrete footpath (approx. 1m x 1.3m)
3. Install 2 steel gates (pedestrian gate approx. 1.8m x 1m with electric striker, and driveway automatic swing gate approx 1.8m x 3m) including extension/replacement of 3 brick piers to 1.8m each (one with a letterbox)
4. Replace a side timber fence (height 1.8m, length approx. 3.7m)
5. Repair/replace concrete driveway (approx. 3m x 3.7m)
