We were very disappointed and let down by Steven of Timeless Outdoor Creations. Steven accepted our job, we faxed drawings and sent a start date but to no avail. He did not turn up on the job and after numerous unreturned calls, texts and emails we finally cancelled the job by email. Our client was let down and this total lack of professionalism is totally unacceptable. Why accept a job that you don't want or cannot complete? Why waste our time? NOT HAPPY JAN Would recommend that no one uses this contractor
