Brick fence - 2/3 damaged. Repair, rebuild or build from scratch?

Brick fence approx. total dimensions: 7m (L) x 0.6m (H).
2/3 collapsed and the remaining parts of the structure seems to be severely weakened, especially at the base.
I will need some advice on the available working options to make the fence back to its original state.
More likely than not, the remaining wall may need to be demolished and cleaned up, so that a sturdy brick fence can be built.
It is preferable that the bricks used will match closely with the original, as some bricks may be missing or damaged beyond usefulness.
The quotes will be sent off to the owners of the property next door to negotiate in dividing up the costs.
