Brick archway to front entrance needs repair due to large cracks

Scott requested 3 quotes from Brick Layers in Carnegie

The front entrance of the house has a double brick archway that is in need of repair. a large crack at the top of the archway (ie 12 oclock) has appeared and the bricks are dropping down and just sitting loose. this is happening at the front of the archway (where the bricks are tuck pointed) and also the back face which is rendered brickwork. the top of the archway has dropped significantly enough to no longer allow the contained metal gate to close.
