Besser block walls to be built on existing concrete slab. wall height is 2.4meters total lenth is 15 meters being two sides of a rectangular slab 10x5 meters. please quote both for just labour costs or with supply of hebel blocks (if you can supply) and labour. two pillars also need to be built at midpoint and end of long side of rectangle opposite constructed wall.
