Please find attached a BCC approved design for a Besser block retaining wall.
All council approval fees and inspections have been paid for already.
Most of the excavation work has been performed too.
The work required will consist of :
1. Completion of excavation as per design (this will be just a general tidy up by hand shovel of the existing excavation – no machinery required).
2. Footing construction (as per design with x/y bars) using wall type 1 with level surface.
3. Construction of the brick wall (including supply bricks / mortar / aggregate/ drain pipe behind wall) 1m high as per design.
