two ground floor balconies with approx 3m(width) x 1m (depth) x 0.5 meter (high) concrete foundation and brick wall need to be rebuilt. they either have little or no foundations and have 'sunk' over the last 30 years. both have iron balastrades (which will need to be re-installed) and tiled floors. also, the boundary brick fence needs to be repaired/replaced. it is approx 0.7m high x approx 40m. if it can't be repaired, then we will consider removing it and landscaping the large corner block.
