Hi I want to either render or bag my house to hide old bricks and new besse bricks, I also need to do a little bit of brick work below one window to raise it up for a new window to be inserted. I want a render/bag that is already coloured that I never need to paint. I am after a light sandy brown/beige/natural colour (I'm felxible with this) and am hoping there is a base colour with render so that we have no tinting problems, or if the house moves later on and we get a crack it is easy to patch up with the same base colour. Also I'm not currently sure of rendering/bagging costs for a house our size so have just clicked on budget range as this is a mandatory field and am happy to recieve quotes outside of this if this is the true cost. I will be double checking prices so don't treat my initial ignorance of pricing as an excuse to overcost to start with. My partner is a tradie and will be checking. I am also flexible with commence times :)
