3.2m/3.6m high boundry fence needs to be reduced in height.
Paul requested 2 quotes from Brick Layers in St Kilda
Section of wall in danger of collapse. Engineer has recommended that it be reduced in height. Currently 3.2m to 3.6m high. Needs to be reduced to:
(1) 600mm above a garage abutting the central portion of the fence
(2) 1800mm above the pavement either side of the fence (transition in height around garage to take place within 600mm of garage).
Area is currently barricaded and an inspection of the wall will require access both to main block and neighbours premises.
Future viability of wall to be considered once the height has been reduced. As an option, also interested in a quote/viability to replace the sections of walls around the garage with a colour bond fence.
This is a Body Corporate job.
