Need myob company file set up, with up to 100 purchases entered, up to 10 sales entered, with the view of me entering the rest. Although I may decide to get you to enter them all and do the ongoing work too. Customer cards and myob 'jobs' to be set up.
Bank statements side of things I'm finding a little tricky. The way I've been operating is messy. Personal bank account, also with a personal Paypal account paid from that. Then business bank account, with a business PayPal account attached to that.
Some purchases from 1 PayPal a/c, some from the other. Same with sales. Early sales went to personal a/c, later sales to business account.
Purchases from PayPal accounts have currency conversion amounts so the amount taken from bank a/c is slightly different to suppliers invoice. Sales to PayPal have fees.
Bank accounts have all sorts of personal transactions happening too, so I've made it quite messy.
Early purchases occurred before the start of this financial year but were not included in my personal tax return or anything. Not sure of that matters or if it's too late now. Sales have been in this period.
