Old slate tiles in shower are degrading and the old three panel shower screen door has busted. Bathroom is a unique style (looks like it is out of a 1980's ski lodge with the timber and slate) and we simply need to make the shower functional for the tenants as we are not looking at a full renovation at this stage. We ideally would like to install a shower cubical over the existing tiles but we are happy for any ideas, solutions or suggestions that will enable the tenants to use the shower freely and is affordable as this is not the only maintenance issue which we have to deal with at the moment.
