Old toilet/kitchen area in need of complete gutter and rebuild. It has 2 toilets, urinal, shower & 2 hand basins plus kitchenette. I would like to try and fit 3 toilets, 2 hand basins and kitchenette and lose everything else. Not sure how to space it out so open to suggestions. Commercial building so needs to function better. Have attached a plan of where everything is now.
