I am looking to fully renovate two bathrooms (at the same time, not one after the other) - master and ensuite. I will remove all tiles, wall sheeting, fittings and fixtures before the commencement of the renovation. So, you will commence with a blank canvas. In addition to preparing each room, I will source all materials, excluding the shower frame (partially frameless or frameless) and wall mirror.
I wish to keep the layout of each room the same – essentially, I am upgrading the current fittings and fixtures, but keep them in the same positioning. I wish to partially tile each room – floor to door/window. The measurements are:
MASTER
Height: 2.73m
Length: 2.55m
Width: 1.63m
Tile (floor to window): 2.11m
ENSUITE
Height: 2.73m
Length: 2.60m
Width: 1.99m
Tile (floor to door): 2.07m
The floor tiles will be square 300mm x 300mm and the wall tiles rectangle 300mm x something.
