need new bathroom put in to an existing floor plan and old bathroom ripped out. Not a large room: 2.5m x 1.8m. Replace vanity, and install wall mounted cabinet, replace free standing small bath and frameless shower screen (we don't want any complicated walk in shower). Walls tiled around shower, bath and vanity, up to 2m. Tiled floor. The current bathroom has leaked through the flooring, and one load bearing beam underneath the house has partially rotted and will need repair, and the floor will need to be lowered so that the tiling fits flush with the floorboards outside the room. We can source the tiles, vanity, cabinet, bath and shower screen if necessary. So you can quote without these included.
