I have a cracked asbestos sheet in bathroom ceiling where electrician installed heatlight. I believe that whole ceiling sheet needs to be removed and replaced. the Heat light and the bathroom fan are installed in that area. would like quote for whole job to remove, replace and paint etc.. so its like the cracked piece was never there.
