We have dumped a cement sheet with tiling into a waste recycling bin at a waste centre and they are claiming that the cement sheet may have had asbestos in it. They are asking me to clean out the 30 metre bin in case of contamination and take it to an approved asbestos site. I need someone to help either prove no asbestos is present or help to clear the bins contents in an approved fashion.
