This job is for the demolition of a timber framed garage approx 7m x 3.6m that has a corrugated asbestos roof and asbestos sheeting in one end and part of one side wall.
the other side wall has been removed and the other end wall is corrugated steel.
this job includes the breakup and removal of the old unreinforced and cracked concrete slab, the removal of concrete that has been broken up and stacked from an area of approx 6m2, the removal of two corrugated asbestos sheets and the removal of approx 1m3 general building waste (mostly timber and plasterboard).
access to the site is via a 3m laneway at the rear of the property.
