- The two asbestos walls of a small garden shed to be removed by a licensed asbestos removalist, and replaced (approx 2x 2.5metres each).
- Garden shed wooden frame and roof to be maintained but reduced in length (to accommodate a water tank installation) .
- Removal of trellis outhouse at the rear of house with some asbestos edging and walling.
- Removal of concrete slab at rear of garden, and half of driveway. Approx total area is 30 m2, 10 cm thick. Unsure if reinforced.

- Relocation or replacement of garden fence/ gate at side of house (once concrete drive removed).
- Quote on removal and replacement of asbestos walls of laundry and toilet for later date.
