John requested 3 quotes from Asbestos Professionals in Frankston South
We are renovating a house built in the 1960s, and one of the rooms has some water damage from some faulty sealing between the cladding and ground-level concrete (the room is partially below ground level). I removed the carpet, and started to break through the damaged and badly repaired gyprock to assess the frame, but have found a material directly behind the gyprock that I think is likely to contain asbestos.
The room is 3m x 5m, and the wall through which the water has entered the room is more than half taken up by windows. I seek a free quote on removing all of the internal cladding (comprising the gyprock and potential asbestos-containing material behind it) and ensuring that it is safe for me to work in to assess the frame, conduct repairs where necessary, and then hang new gyprock in the room.
