Asbestos inspection and removal for 3 bedroom house in Nunawading, which has just been purchased.
Pre-purchase building inspection revealed two areas of asbestos concern:
- cement sheeting in electricity meter box
- cement sheeting in external fascia/barge boards of roof
It was recommended that a full asbestos inspection be done by qualified professional to detect any other areas around the house and garage which need attention as I intend to do some home renovations in the near future.
Price qoute needed on inspection service and upon completion of inspection, cost estimates needed for asbestos removal from areas of concern and any other areas needing attention.
