I have a detatched single garage that has a corrugated asbestos roof and a 2-3 bedroom house that is lined with fibro (possibly in the eaves also). All asbestos and fibro need to be removed prior to demolition. There is easy access to the site and the house is on stumps as the block is sloping slightly. I have a construction certificate from council with permission for the demolition. I would like a certificate/report stating that the site is free from asbestos after work is complete.
