Two asbestos cement sheet panels lining both sides of an external storage cupboard near the back door of house that is leased to tenants. The cement sheet is in fair considtion on the outside, but the interior face of the two panels are severely worn with loose fibres visible at the base. There is also loose fibre in the dirt at the base of the cupboard.
The two panels (affixed by nails, about 1 x 3 metres each) and the loose fibres and dirt will be removed by a licenced asbestos removalist.
A mini fridge at the bottom of the cupboard should be cleaned and left on site.
The selected removalist will contact the realestate agent, whose details I will provide, to make arrangements for access to the property.
