- Registered builders find Victoria a great place to work - 87% rated job satisfaction as 'high'.
- Optimism is reported widely - the building industry practitioners experienced lower profits in the previous two years but this survey shows expectations of higher profits and reports an expectation of a positive economic outlook in the next couple of years.
- There is steady participation in Continuing Professional Development.
- The value of being a Registered Building Practitioner is perceived as 'high' with 82% reporting that they value their status highly.
