Last year (around this time) one of our customers discovered a nest of redback spiders under their house. They called the Pest Controllers in, who sprayed all round the house and the perimeter of the property to get rid of the nest.

- Get a shade sail installed to reduce sun exposure on important rooms
- Service or install a new air-conditioner before the first heat wave
