Cars can play music too!
When I first saw this video I figured it was all special effects and fancy editing, but nope - turns out that when the Chevrolet Sonic is teamed up with band OK Go, it really can make some pretty amazing music. The car plays a guitar solo at 45mph!
From bungee jumping to sky diving, back flips and now music videos - it seems like the advertising team will stop at nothing to make the Chevrolet Sonic a standout.
Which is fine with me, because it makes for some pretty awesome videos!

Utilising over 1000 instruments, set up over a 2 mile course, you can be sure that Chevrolet and OK go definitely don't do things by halves. The Sonic was outfitted with retractable arms that could play the instruments and, as you can see in the video, has 'just a few' microphones on it to pick up the sound.
The video took 4 months of preparation and 4 days to shoot, with no standins or ringers - this really is the band playing, singing and driving throughout the clip.
