My brother and i have this property in bentleigh.it is a heritge listed property.i have contacted glen eira council bout demolishing the property and building two single storey units.
firstly a council officer has to come and look at the property this has not happened yet,maybe in a weeks time.i am in early days so far.
i just want to know if there are any architectural/design companies that specialises in appealing and taking on councils regarding heritage listed properties and designing new units in replace.a company that has done this before successful that can help me.
