I would like a fee proposal for the drawings required for a town planning application for a three unit development in Thomastown. Experience with the City of Whittlesea is a must and I want a breakdown of all the components that contributes to your total cost. I would also like a breakdown of cost of drawings and requirements for the building permit as well (ie soil test, landscape plans, engineering, working drawings etc). Thanks
