Subdivide block to build a new 4 bedroom double story house and granny flat
Ian requested 3 quotes from Architects in Kurri Kurri
Help with approval to subdivide existing 1667 sqm block, only 16.51 meters wide with a existing 3 bedroom home into 2 and build a new 4 bedroom double story house. I would also like to build a 2 bedroom granny flat and new concrete slab down the side of the existing house. There is a existing garage that will need to be removed and a carport that could be relocated on the property.
