Have an existing wooden, open patio that is attached to the rumpus, its on stumps since it is about 7 feet above the ground level. Want to replace and extend with a steel/colorbond enclosed all weather structure(approx 6m X3.5m). Want a low maintenance structure that will give me a sun room that can be closed in winter or opened when the weather is good.
Also have another covered bbq area that also needs to be replaced(approx 7m X 4m). Current structure is wood covered by laserlight.
