We have some existing working ideas on paper and now want to progress the renovation project. We need an architect to:
1. draft existing working drawings to required specifications
2. support local council approval of DA and construction certificate, including liaison with surveyor and council staff if required
3. manage construction of house renovation, contractor selection and supervision
The renovation consists of:
1. rework existing kitchen as en suite+bathroom
2. repair/replace existing timber floors (4 rooms ~65 m²)
3. rework existing laundry/courtyard as open plan kitchen/dining/family + laundry with roofed terrace
4. replace and extend existing garage
