Conduct a major renovation of the interior of this 90 year old townhouse in Lewisham, NSW. Change interior layout by relocating kitchen and bathroom and installing bi-fold doors that span the width of back of townhouse. .
Require everything from drafting of plans, council approvals, and all building / trades up to rough-in lock up stage. Also require sub floor and floor replacement, damp course work, roof, window and door replacement/ fixing.
