House is 80 years old and I am planning to do a major renovation including moving kitchen, extension from the rear, and remove existing roof and build new roof. Council does not have plans for existing dwelling as house is that old. Need plans for council including DA, CC etc, whatever is needed to commence construction. Looking to commence construction in 6 months but want to submit plans into council ASAP. Already been quoted $3000.
