Plans for house renovation 1960's fibro cottage

I have a 3 bedroom 1960's fibro cottage. i have 3 projects i'd like plans for, they are;
1. remove dividing walls
remove a small dividing wall between kitchen & lounge and remove two part walls (700mm) dividing lounge & dining room. i expect rsjs would be required as these walls are probably load bearing.
2. extend rear of house.
extend 5 mtr of rear of house by 1-2 mtrs and 3 mtr of rear by 5 mtrs (creating an l-shape). requires removal of existing laundry shed. space created would be used for; greater lounge/dining space, laundry, toilet and storage.
3. carport in front of house
currently no carport or garage on property.
