Want to increase height of roof and floor level of 'lean to' kitchen and bathroom at back of weather board cottage, to match rest of house. The lean to is currently on two different levels, one with Kitchen and lower one bathroom. The bathroom is to move into the extising house and where the bathroom is currently this is were we want the the Kitchen. Also want to add decking to the same level as new floor level at the Kitchen in courtyard. 16sm
