we want to build another unit at the back of our existing house and subdivide the block. we would like quotes for someone to survey the property and draw up the designs so we can apply for the council permits and get the approvals we need, etc. we would like to make sure we can fit two properties on the block, then start building as soon as possible and subdivide while construction is taking place.
